Japanese Tansu ca 1910-1920's

A handsome three piece Tansu of Kiri wood, Chestnut Burl, and Zelkova,
traditionally used to store Kimono and Obi.

The sliding doors, various drawers and shelves work well and the Tansu
itself provides ample storage.

The hardware is finely hand forged, with detailed attention to the
etched door hinges.
